Anais and Loic: A Breathtaking Seaside Wedding

A love story that’s truly meant to be, Anais and Loic met in 2013 after both moving to Sydney, Australia—but later discovered that they had formerly lived only 300 meters apart in Paris, France. After 10 years and a move across the globe, the two finally met through mutual friends, and the rest is history!

To propose, Loic surprised Anais with a sea plane ride over Sydney, afterwards taking Anais to a gorgeous dinner and asking her to marry him. The two planned a stunning beach wedding at Caves Coastal, a breathtaking venue in Caves Beach with stunning views that added to the stunning romance of their wedding day.

With all their guests on site, logistics for their stunning destination wedding were simple. Guests witnessed the couple’s seaside ceremony, then hit the dance floor to celebrate their new marriage. Anais herself describes the reception as the best party she’s ever been to—and we couldn’t be more thrilled this couple was celebrated properly!

The tropical decorations for the wedding were perfect, all the way down to the flowers. Anais’s bouquet featured bright colors and tropical palms, giving the wedding a unique look that complimented the backdrop perfectly.

Along with the bouquet, the bride’s dress was a perfect choice for the venue: Anais wore Moira, a bohemian A-line gown with floral applique that slightly shimmers as you move, adding a magical touch to your wedding day. Anais absolutely glowed in this gown, with her natural beauty shining and her joy completely apparent.
